FxF needs across the board increase. 33+ hr and 70cpm min and improve heathcare and more pto days plus 3 weeks vacation up front and 4 weeks at 7 yrs. Etc Grand father in everyone else.That will make them competitive. We work way to hard to not have time off. But this is a pipedream we all know. Lol

As an existing employee, that isn't true. I don't think it applies to full time dock, since they're not having trouble filling those spots and they don't have to go outside current employees to fill them.

Yeah thats pretty much the only omitted position I think. Just kinda salty about it because I waited this long and it doesn't apply to me now

Hearing they are moving top scale to all current hourly employees not at top scale and for new hires at a few centers.. and what about top scale?
