I don't think much of that will translate over to Freight's pay bump. Hopefully not.
Express's pay and progression is a total Cluster eff. No one ever gets to top pay. You get stuck in a sort of limbo, where your pay goes up, but the top out goes a tad higher, and you're perpetually below top rate.

I have a buddy that's an RTD driver with Express. He's been there 20yrs,and STILL is not at top pay scale.
