30 minutes to build a set? Ouch.
Do you get 16 bucks when you grab an air leak dolly
Kick the can down the road. Their philosophy is I don’t have time. Heck most people don’t know how to check to see if the placards are correct or even flipped. No they still hook and run it,, drop and leave for the next guy in Hermiston
Yes sir. Some people need to at stretch or stay limber. Of course some are new at this also.30 minutes to build a set? Ouch.
It's 1 at a meet point! They started paying us for the drop/hook at meet points over a year ago.My understanding is full set is 4.Hook to an already hooked set 1.And BTW ,at a meet point is 0.
In California all "on duty not driving" time is $11/ hour.
Exactly correct on all statements. Trust me the California drivers don’t care for the hourly pay. You make more on drop and hook pay.My understanding is full set is 4.Hook to an already hooked set 1.And BTW ,at a meet point is 0.

Nope, I don’t get paid the drop or hook at a meet. Neither did the driver on this run before me. The one before him did for awhile and then it was taken away. It's 1 at a meet point! They started paying us for the drop/hook at meet points over a year ago.
You're the only driver that doesn't then... Wage and benifits meeting of 2018 I believe.Nope, I don’t get paid the drop or hook at a meet. Neither did the driver on this run before me. The one before him did for awhile and then it was taken away.
According to our management it was taken away. I’ll have to further investigate. You're the only driver that doesn't then... Wage and benifits meeting of 2018 I believe.
I will start this or better yet I will ask face to face tomorrow. Cuz it does ask if you’re swapping tractors. But we don’t. Thanks for the information.I get paid 1 for a set drop and hooking at meets too. I heard it use to be 0 because you were suppose to swap tractors. Seems silly to swap tractors.
Then your owed back pay! We started getting our meet points paid in the spring of '18.Nope, I don’t get paid the drop or hook at a meet. Neither did the driver on this run before me. The one before him did for awhile and then it was taken away.

Yep, I will go armed with information tomorrow. The answer is a phone call away. Hahahaha. “I’ll get back to you or I’ll look into it.”Who you going to ask fly? Big Jo..wait, "he will look into it" as usual, will need to ask terminal manager like always... what a joke...we heard about it over a year ago as billy said.

I wasn't being seriousDon't get your hopes up. I asked my TM about back pay on accessories because I was never trained in line haul. For 6 months I was doing 2 and 2 instead of 4 and 4. If you figure on the minimum 2 sets hooked and dropped a shift, 5 shifts a week, my back pay would be $1,920. This doesn't include extra shifts I picked up, or extra stops I made. The response I got was basically wouldn't happen because the time it would take for someone to go back and add it all up. Funny how I was able to calculate a minimum in a matter of minutes. That's a lot of money I'm out because someone threw me to the wolves without proper training/information. I'm a little salty about it.
