Also , I'm guessing more than a few drivers are almost out of hours ( if NCH is THAT far behind ) probably not enough hours to work a full Saturday?

True. I should have added a question - why are they working Saturday? To set up Monday? Or to try and make deliveries and pick-ups?

If it's the latter , they'll need hours.

I don’t think long. It’s a drivers market. When you can walk into ups and start at top rate, huge sign on bonuses, you can write your own ticket.

Agree. Upper management has gone out of their way to make this a miserable place for a driver to work. It's been taking a toll on head count for a while now. And this may be the perfect storm. Another mass exodus right as the baby boomers are all retiring. Will make it unbearable for the slackers and losers that have been skating by. And if they follow through with the promise of increasing the camera surveillance while you are driving. Could be a massive hit to driver count system wide. You would simultaneously wipe out all three tiers. Old guys, new guys and the guys you count on day in day out.

Murdock would be so happy. Chicken little syndrome. Nope. The sky is actually falling for real.
