But you bitched about the PM maintenance. Your words "Our PM maintenance is almost non exsistent" Your local manegement has nothing to do with that. The shop sends out an e-mail on Monday morning with the list for the week all you have to do is take up there on the night they have it scheduled. It doesn't get any easier than that

Nope . I just know they almost daily try to get guys at our barn to pull the red tags and run trucks.
Our management does not comply . Our maintenance is almost non existent.
Sounds like you have a crappy local management if they're trying to get guys to drive OOS equipment!!
Must be a regional or shop issue if they don't have a maintenance schedule in your area.
