XPO | Raise ?

I know nothing about Saia drivers pay. Only know that in my area, per their web site, they start their dock help at $23 and change .whereas ,XPO dock up the street, starts at $17 and change. These were the numbers about 6 months ago , could be different now.

My barn is staring experienced drivers/ dockworkers off at TOP pay.

Push it back a few months here, a few months there you'll eventually go a year without a raise.....but who pays attention to that?

1000000000000000000% ON THE MONEY. You can’t even say what year or when your pay raise was for. Give a little and take a little months later with the health insurance.

So many opportunities. I know where I would go if they closed this tomorrow. I just don't wanna start over. But, I do question that idea pretty often.

The brain power at the corp office is laughable they make the simipest task more and more complex and they pay me to do it there long azz way to do it.

It amazing how effective it is. Disenfranchising everyone from the companies goals. Literally no one cares about these pointless tasks. Stand around and get paid.

Saia must of really stepped up their game because I worked for them back in 2008 and when I left there and came here I made more per hour starting here then i did topped out there,and if i remember correctly they didn't pay OT until 45 hours. Have they changed that?

After 45 in pay period (ending Wednesday).

All about the numbers they can present to Wall St. If you want to pick up & deliver freight, on time and undamaged, all the while turning a profit, may I suggest Dayton Freight or the like?

Found out 3% raise, starts May 31st. So .88 cents an hour raise, I’ll take it!

but, but, but....It was posted on here by some that they would keep pushing off raises until we go a year without getting on...Or last raise was just 6 months ago it took effect on 30 Aug 20 If I remember correctly

Fedex freight is pretty close to the bottom of pay.
