OK, so in case any of you hadn't already read this, Yellow yesterday filed an omnibus objection to CSPF's bankruptcy claim, arguing that since the CSPF had been bailed out to the tune of $32 billion by Congress, they don't need or deserve any money from Yellow's bankruptcy estate.
