Yellow | Thank You President Trump

Drink up, maybe you will choke, it was his administration that saved your job not the

You may have numbers in Philly but we don't have them in the midwest, I know of locals for UPS Freight that refuse to have meetings for the guys in their areas, I know of one local that refuses to even have steward elections, this is why RTW is important, if your local refuses to work for the members why should they pay dues?
Trust me he didn't save my job. I've already left that sinking ship.

I don't agree with your response regarding rtw to shep. RTW has always been a tool to bust unions, not help them produce results for the members, no matter what the gop tells you. If that's what you believe drink up, maybe you will drown.

So if you went to a restaurant and ordered a steak, you received the bill but not the steak, would pay the bill anyway?

I’ve never been naive regarding the direction of union trucking; or independent contractor o/o.

I’ve stood nose to nose with many a supervisor, TM, DM and company owner stating my case without fear of losing my job. Having a contract provides that.

The pendulum swings. One day it will swing back in the favor of organized labor.

I would rather work with a crap contract than none at all; being left at the mercy of my superior’s mood on a particular day.

Lets see, you are proud to be a teamster yet you have the worst union contract in history and a pension to match?
OK then

Worst contract, no. Best, no.
Best healthcare, yes.
My pension is solid.

What I do have is the ability to have a one on one with any member of a YRC management team from shift supervisor to regional VP. I can say ‘let’s you and I discuss the issue at hand.’ In no uncertain terms I can speak with him/her and speak my most colorful mind behind closed doors or in the yard, without fear of ANY retribution. Should there be any disciplinary action taken as a result, it is my right to file harassment charges. My job is secure.

Trust me, I know the Teamsters have done a horrible job representing freight. I'm not in fantasy land like you however, that the gop idea of RTW was to make sure the dues payers get there money's worth. RTW was created to bust or bankrupt the unions. Believe what you want though.

bullshit . trump has nothing to do with this . if he had his way the money would go in his own pocket and hed have a guy with a yarmulke counting it for him

Thank the federal govt for that. YRC could not pay it. Taxpayers did. Great benefit if it is sustainable. That IF keeps getting bigger...…….
The COVID debacle is absolutely the best thing that could have happened to YRC. It’s like hitting a gigantic jackpot in Vegas. Congrats to all members that work there.

It’s going to be a long next 4 years for you.
I agree I will still be retired and collecting a full pension and social security so ill be able to watch all the trial for treason against trump and his /••\lan of /••\lowns …….. I thought you hated socialism but still willing to live off my dime
