I think you can bet your bottom dollar that something of a ripple effect will come out of this that will effect us all, considering the fact that OSHA, and UPS is involved with this. I give it 3 mths.

I heard that the jockey was recently fired for pulling a trailer away from the dock while someone was in it and that person wound up on the ground. The peer review board gave him his job back. Also, earlier that same night, someone complained to management about his speeding. Obviously, nothing was done.

It's a sad story no matter how you look at it.
 
Theres an old saying that comes to mind on this issue.
("HASTE MAKES WASTE")

When you get in a hurry something will always suffer.
Sad to say in this case it has caused someone their life.
