His spelling is the original way from the British. Orthopedic is the Americanized version. Both are correct.

The FedEx ground job is probably his side job to help pay the bills. Apparently, Orthopedic Surgeons don’t get paid like they used to .Or it could be he works for FedEx ground as a contractor in MA.......and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night....
