Shortly after I quit Fx they were already having to hire whomever applied.
In contrast to a literal pile of applications a decade prior.

Last I heard, they were hiring straight off the street for a BID run, and still couldn't get anyone to apply.

Yes, FxF has nothing to offer anyone that every other LtL carrier doesn't.
Pay is smack in the middle, but with terrible med "benefits"


Everyone I still talk to there is just riding it out for a few more years till retirement. No new generation coming up behind them.

Is that why Fed Ex Freight is the largest LTL carrier in America and very profitable.....
