Start with middle management all the way up to the top! Do not replace company cars every year and run those bas***ds till they wear out!!!!!! If we take a 5% cut then upper management should get 20% since they make much more than we do!! Do away with upper management golden parachutes and stock options!! Notice that the WASTE arrow is pointing up and not down, but as usual, the ones that make them their money are the ones that pay the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
