I am of the belief that it has to get worse before it gets better. They appear to be planning to downsize to accommodate a smaller workforce. If they get rid of the garbage freight it might work, but eventually they will have to address the competition paying higher wages than us or they will be history! Hopefully they can hang in there for 61 months! That's all I need for full social security.

Downsizing would lower gross revenue. Lowering quarterly revenue won’t pay the bills, especially the interest on the debt. They are trying to consolidate to move the freight they have more efficiently, with less terminals, and in some cases, employees relocated to other areas.
