It's not bad at all I like the job and the people I work with but disgusted that there is no full pension or 401k/IRA match contribution. I would of rather had pension restored than wage increases personally.You are looking for every reason not to admit, that YRC is not that bad after all....

Wouldn’t you be hired in at the bottom of the extra board?I'm staying for now UPS recruiters lied you can't be hired to run team it's bottom of extra board plus they gave away your health and welfare being paid if you're on call don't work.
