FedEx Freight | Update:(bonus)

If your a driver you'll get between 700 and 900 and if your a red shirt you get 4200 to 5000 no bull shut
 
Firgures were sent to managers yesterday. Should receive them Friday or Monday. Most of the information previously listed is pretty accurate.
It is a good thing and if you do not like it, then leave.

We got these same size checks every quarter. Now we get them once a year for the amount we got in one quarter. Meanwhile redshirts get a few thousand with their bonus check. Yea I'm impressed

You sound like my CCM,he was talking about the bonus this morning and got bent out of shape at some smart comments from the drivers.

haha, i can only imagine as i've heard them all. But seriously, the company is under no obligation to have anything in place that provides extra income! last year, it was a bit of a joke but they could have easily pocketed all of it??

It is more this year and grown adults need to act like it. It is frustating listening to a lot of adults bull**** about little things that they have absolutely no idea what they are talking about.
 
all the company is obligated to do is pay you for the work performed. they dont have to provide any form of insurance or retirement plans. if u dont like it leave,,and u know what most of u guys know this already.....

Red shirts start out around $32k per year, salary. We get paid a lot more, on average. I don't begrudge them a nice bonus.

As if you cant get the same or more pay and benefits down the street....
 
Its not all about the pay and benefits, I need to like where I work also ... and I like what I do .... I just have to keep the blankty blank shirts out of my business
