I have not checked in this board in a very long time, but some of you guys remember me. I put in notice back in late March, and was allowed to work a week, then escort me off the property after 27 years, and not allowed to finish out my 4 days left of work. I wish the brothers would have asked me my opinion on what needed to be done to stop people from leaving, as I would have given an true account of my concerns, but that is the past. Lynchburg was a great terminal to work for for many years, and we never lost money there. When I was transferred up Roanoke, and being under the command of a joke of a terminal manager, I knew the end was near, when we was promoted for me. I met many good people in my years with the company, and hopefully keep a lot of friends now, after I left, but I know Wilson has seen the better days and will never be the same company it was.
