You seem to forget i saw the worst of all these things happening daily ...By Teamsters.Who were also criminals...I would be ashamed of these practices but there are alot of people when asked to make a choice would choose wrong.....:shutup2:
Good things come after war. Germany, Japan, Korea, Veitnam, STOP living in the past. Let it go! And wait for the good to come!

No thanks i'll wait for the dust to settle.................All those Wars ended with a surrender which never happened in the Teamsters case. They waited til the time was right and jumped on us....It took 20 years to get the Germans out of France and some times longer for others...History will repeat itself many more times....Are you ready....

Were not the sabotuers paid by Overnite also criminals or are you driving down a one way street? Shouldn't you be just as ashamed of the practices put forth by your company and coworkers? If memory serves me correctly, you also make some wrong choices, but at least we live in America, and you have that right.

First of all johnny ,I am not saying that their actions were justified, what I am saying is that LEO want's me to be stupid, and you too .

I have also seen what you have , maybe not too the degree you have, but it's time to move on. Just keep in mind ,just because you are on a picket line does not mean you have to key a car when told too, or shoot someone , or throw a brick through someone's window. I know a bunch of teamster's as I am sure you do, and they would not do any of these thing's, let alone stick thier tongue out at us. To be quite frank ,I am sick and tired of corperate's subliminal mindset bondage.

after all animo said it rite ,this is AMERICA.

Leo gone, Gordon is all that stands between the old "O" and the new UPSF and I don't see him staying around much longer either. Ups already has their man second in command. A little more time and things will really swing into the UPS way of doing things.:Rulz:
Yes and just think Mike m well be gone really soon also.I just can't wait for him to leave ..:biglaugh:

I don't believe Leo was under any pressure to step down. I do believe Leo see's the company going in the opposite direction that he was fighting for. And being told to let the company run its coarse by Ups officials, probably did not sit well. Leo is old, and not up for this fight, he will take his millions and watch his vision change right under his own eye's. Gordon will become a new yes man.

Well I get that impression. I do not think UPS want's to tarnish thier name as bad as the last strike. I am sure they are still licking thier wounds. Alot of customers left UPS at the last strike, a reoccurance could be devistating.

Don't forget Accelerator that next year is the 100 year anniversary of UPS and they will be making a huge deal out of it.
The last thing they will want is labor trouble or bad press

I did not know that, and you are correct, this in itself could be why they are siding in with the union for early contract negotiations.

I can also imagine what UPS will do next year to promote the anniversary.

JBG,

I never said to you that you should be ashamed of fighting to stay non union. That is your right, and I stand behind you in voicing your rights. I don't necessarily agree with your choice but that too is my right.

As far as wrong decisions go......
Being a Red Sox fan is sooooooooooo wrong :tongue0015:
