I remember one of my regular customers slamming Vitran right after the buyout (when we were still operating separate) saying how all their equipment was junk and unsafe and they refused to load it anymore and the company in general was horrible, and I remember thinking when I heard of the buyout "we were bought out by who, that little rinky dink operation" I should've jumped ship then, and now I've got enough years in where I need to ride this all the way to the bottom and hope for a miracle.

see what the new year brings, we have others interviewing our guys, but not hiring till after the first, which is a good thing so they can collect their vacation time
