3% sounds nice, but they never give us 3% usually it is barely over 2 %

now when the new bid starts at cmh and they cut 17-23 runs and the bottom of the board guys starve the raise might not seem toooooo bad......

If you are in a small center making 22.35 you are getting 30 cents! 1.35%

Even if we did get 3% across the board, that just be their way of announcing a 5% increase in benefits next year.

The scm showed us our raise 2.2% we are at 23.35 and we got .50 cents hr. Taking us to 23.85 hr. For city I did not ask about mileage.

Forgot about regions. This is So Cal at a class 2 SC in a cost of living region of D (yes..they break COL regions into A,B,C,D,E). These numbers were "read" to us in a preshift meeting.

It doesn't matter how much they pay per mile if you ain't gettin no miles lol ... been offered like 3 or 4 runs per month on the average. I don't know about the rest of you but I sure can't live on that even if it was a dollar a mile.

I don't understand how they come up with all the different pay scales.
