So us in CCX land will get what ? 2% ? 6% would be $1.50. I would faint.

But then what ? October they tell us they are pulling the health care and we are left to an exchange ?

Which may actually be better than the crap we call our health care now ?

If they are gonna give so much, what are they taking ?

It's just a raise...a pay increase...no matter the circumstances, at the end of the day, it's still more money. Take it.
 
You may want to check around. our health care is pretty good. not the company fully paid when i started but it's alot better than most.

you know CW ALWAYS has our best interests at heart......no matter the end result. A large, generous raise with no strings attached is what I'm thinking

Ummm, what ? It's better than nothing. It's the same high deductible, pay for it yourself, health care everyone else has.
 
With all the "money saving" implementations they have been doing
and a freight rate increase of over 5% you would think
drivers would get at least 5% wage increase.

All that money has gotten the crystal palace plenty of BIG bonuses.

We are dirt.
 
Regardless of the raise, they will surely mention all of the important investments that needed to be made.

Oh, and they will mention the cost of cameras and lean, too.
