Yellow | Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP Files Class Action Suit against YRC Worldwide Inc.

This is a forum Bro. All conversations require at least two people's opinion to be voiced. If you think that everyone should just believe what you believe and think alike (or leave this forum)........you must really be out there. Good luck to ya.

you lost..
don't dwell on it

all i said was, stop the yes/no crap. 1) it's getting real old and 2) it doesn't move anything forward...and turbo, really???? the old-bitty comment had nothing to do with one's ability to perform their job...it had to do with the nit-picking about an old issue over and over again...and as far as the mommy/daddy thing? get a grip, an idea, or at the very least a sense of reality. i guess when you're in doubt you stay with and lash out with what you're used to. bitching instead of growing as a person

My point is real simple. You will never get everyone to agree completely on any subject. We all have different viewpoints and opinions on each issue. And we have the right to voice them. Both sides have to listen to each other's side whether we agree or not. If you disagree, that's your right, but don't expect people to remain silent because their opinion isn't the same as yours. If you actually think that there should only be one side of every issue discussed.....you're living in the wrong Country.

No thanks, I'll take my fantasy world to your reality one anyday! When guys have lost 15% of their pay with more coming, lost their pensions and all work rules, I wouldn't call it nit picking, even though 70% voted for it by believing all the company and onion lies.
And as for growing as a person, thanks for the Dr. Phil moment!

i'll start a thread for ya...the yes/no slap and tickle...just a simple recycle bin for things that are over and done with...visit and have fun!

Oh man, these guys hit you one more time after they knock you out
a tough way to earn a living

as long as yrc lives it will be yes/no.
how could any1 denie that these votes though "allowed us to keep our jobs". was nothing more than trying to get what they could from us.
this is not the same job i signed up for 22 years ago. not even close.
if you think the yes /no thing will go away you might as well jump back in your cab and do another 60-70 hours on the road and keep telling yourself what a great job you have !!!!.
how many actually took the time to check out what they voted for and didnt just listen to the onion/yrc and do as they were told no questions asked.id say probably 50 % of the yes voters and now they cant understand why yrc is still kicking them while they are down.
BECAUSE THEY CAN WITH YOUR PERMISSION

of course longblade you know all...just trying to keep up the same old song and dance without facts...just a gut feeling on your part...why can't you people move forward? learn by what happened and educate instead of complain about the past. really it's just an honest question. i don't mean any ill-will, but imho, if all you do is reduce it to the past you can't change the future. the union needs it's members past expirience, BUT, it needs to be presented with education, not a complaint

The past, did you say the past? Forget it and move on! Everything to learn about the the future has just as much to do with our past. History repeats itself because people(like you?)refuse to learn from it. The pos company has learned from it, they know if they keep asking, you'll keep voting to give.
Just like the socialist history of europe and asia, hasn't worked and these idiots here think they can do it better. Like we had WWII because nothing was learned from WWI(history, past).
Every great power in the "past" has fallen by the wayside by doing just what we are now. I hope its not to late to turn it around but I think now it would be like trying to turn an aircraft carrier around in a bathtub.
