Is it at all possible the TM could have avoided this? Or is it possible this TM acted maliciously to the point that he asked for it? Suppose he treated this former employee with respect and decency or maybe he did nothing but give this guy a hard time and allowed his staff to do the same?? Regardless of what brought them to this point, something happened to bring all this about. I know how Roadway can be and I would bet anything it could have been avoided. What kind of car was it? Was it some production car or was it something else? How long had the former employee work for the company? Was he notified to move his car? Is he the only one to have ever parked a car there? Have any others ever been towed? Did the man ask where his car was? And was he told when/if he asked? There is alot none of us will ever know because we were not there, but one things for sure. If that man calmly asked where his car was and the TM would not tell him, how could he possibly have thought there would be no conflict? Let me be perfectly clear, I do not condone violence, but when does the hurting stop. What did YRC do to this man to set him off? We all have stories, frankly I don't see how some of you guys can work for them for 30 years or more b/c in my opinion they are a$$holes. Must be the money, but they took 10% of that back. Many of us are quick to judge without all the facts. One has to hear from both sides before they could effectively form an opinion.
