i have to agree. This is a regional fight, not company wide.
Well, we now have one in the south, 3 in the west, and 1 out east. Seems to be hitting a few regions.

don't count on it.There are only a couple of regions that have little activity. They will soon all report.
Don't tell me what to do.don't count on it.
The worst is yet to come because Con-way will spend every dime the have fighting the union, they have stated this more then once. Then we all lose, including my family.
A real class act here....With an attitude problem....Which will be adjusted when the union loses this fight...Its really just a matter of time.Don't tell me what to do.
a little edgy are we? It's the truth.Don't tell me what to do.
Good to see you don't have a opinion either way...A real class act here....With an attitude problem....Which will be adjusted when the union loses this fight...Its really just a matter of time.

Lighten up! It was a joke!
First of all, I was kidding and trying to be funny! I could've done better. I'm not always on my game. Get a sense of humor.a little edgy are we? It's the truth.
Hello ,excuse me, its 34 years since deregulation and in case you don't know there are not that many union carriers around any more . Not enough to hire all the guys who realize that its better to be union than not . Maybe its time for the pendulum to swing back . We need strong unions through this country like it was in the 50's and 60's.The young guys don't know anything better than getting screwed everyday its a way of life for them . As for the older drivers ,we knew a better life .
So with Detter, we were "assets".
With a union, we will be adversaries.
That grass over there may just look really green from this side of the fence.
You get over there and start seeing all the brown spots.
Exactly. Deregulation is the key. Voting Union won't change the situation.
Drive up compensation and in swoops a cheaper alternative.
nope, the teamsters gained their power thru union density BEFORE regulation... deregulation just makes it easier for companies to compete on lowered driver standards.....
Well since it's not 1920 lets stick with talking about 2020. It's post deregulation. This is the REAL world we are living in.
Union presence has diminished and as a result work conditions have degraded. It amazes me that people can't see the correlation.
nothing but crickets now.....For those not paying attention to the FedEx board. CIN vote failed. 57-46
