I guess that would be one way to get the same concessions from the Teamsters that ABF was suing for?
 
Lets see they did a great job with jevic, saia,new penn, Prescott, reimer and USf, and roadway, hell why not destroy abf also LOL what a world we live in

This was put out there by ABF to get there members to sign their contract!! Who wants yellow buying their company? I would not be surprised if YRC comes out , and says ABF asked for the meeting.
 
Your probably right Jenny, your post seems reasonable, if it did happen thou could we all blame abf for the new problems Overland Park created since we know Overland Park can't do no wrong LOL

This makes good fodder for all the conspiracy theorists but, after searching SEC filings CURRENT to today, I can find NOTHING. Then again it may be true but there is NO evidence at this time.

Little off topic with this....kinda question ABF squawking "Broke" seeings how they would not sell. :shrug:
 
Pretty much think Fort Smith is trying a little psychology on us...How can a company teetering on the verge of dissolution buy anything? Hell, they can't even buy new equipment. Shame on you down in the Fort.

If this is true we have some serious issues from not only the company taking total advantage of Teamsters with fear factor sky is falling tactics. We also have a serious turn your head while I screw over your members ( sitting on YRC Board Teamster Officials ) allowing it to happen. Unfortuantely this situation seems to take two steps back before & after it takes one step forward. People in power can't be trusted because that power simply over time corrupts them. Its long overdue for Teamsters to push back @ obviously total disregard by this company for its employees.

Oh but Welch is doing such a great job... Buying another company with OUR money. You think our officials knew about this BS?
