Your County Sheriff has the authority to bar the IRS, BATF, even the President from entering &quot;his&quot; county. Your County Sheriff is your barrier to un-constitutional government, local and national.

Your post shows a very basic misunderstanding of the US constitutional democracy.

It is not, as you state, mob rule because of the Constitutional protections afforded us by the Judicial Branch of the government, AKA the Supreme Court.

As much as folks love to whine about the ACLU and the courts, it is this judicial system that can and does strike down laws because thy run counter to our US Constitution. This protects us from what the founding fathers called &quot;the tyranny of the majority&quot;.
 
If memory serves me correctly didn't Bush give $350 billion to the banks with no strings attached?? And just because our current president is a democrat doesn't mean he wants to take everyone's guns away. There has never been a perfect president so you take the good with the bad. The biggest thing about Bush that pissed me off was his take care of the rich and big business and screw everyone else. Even his father told him that was a big mistake and he did it anyway

Bush's tax cuts are still putting money back in our pockets. And I can guess that most of us on here are not rich or big business owners. But, you will notice when the Bush tax cuts expire.(2010) Because all of our checks will get smaller.

You're correct. But, unfortunately many of the people who came out to vote this time..........normally wouldn't have. For most elections, many of the lower income people don't get out and vote. This time they did. They were voting for hand outs that were advertised by Obama.(&quot;We're going to spread some of that wealth around&quot;) The problem is that the lower income didn't have anything to lose by voting for Obama and his socialist agenda. They could only improve their lifestyle by Obama winning. Now we have to live with the decisions of some people that had nothing to lose.

For those liberals that are truly a liberal, I have no problem with you having an opposing viewpoint.

But, for those who voted for Obama just to get more handouts, I do have a problem with that.
