I have never taken a sick day. But I can tell you that they pay me back $50.00 per day x 5 = $250.00 Minus taxes= $160.00 The $50.00 a day is what they pay you for unused days paid back. I believe when you finally get a paid sick day it is 8 hours on the clock at your current rate. Road drivers get the same as p&d

Thanks BN, I too have never had to use this generous benefit. :puke: I do stand corrected by "the Buy Back", that you provided. Thats where the $50 a day amount comes from.
