It’s not a vaccine. From all the evidence and testimony I have seen it is a slow acting poison kill shot.
Find out what’s in it. Find out who is paying for it and why.
By the time you find the answers to those two questions you will know what is going on.
Don’t quit. Keep showing up for work and make them fire you and you can draw unemployment and sue them for violating your 4th amendment protections and your human rights.
Not even a doctor can make you take medicine “vaccine”or use a medical device “mask” or subject yourself to a medical procedure “pcr test” against your will.
It is a felony to prescribe medicine without a license in the United States.
Document and record everything including witness names. If they try to force a mask or vaccine or test or ask why you would need it. If they say because of a virus or covid or disease then it is for a medical reason and if they don’t have a medical doctors license that person just committed a felony. You can file charges against them for a felony and since it’s a criminal offense the state will prosecute.

as you said- the Federal Government is not mentioned. We are supposed to be a Republic of States, and State Legislature make laws. We are NOT supposed to be a US (mob ruled) Democracy.

Calm down. Tell me how the 4th Amendment has anything to do with requiring a mask or vaccine. The 4th is protection against unreasonable search and seizure.
Yellow is not prescribing any medicines or vaccines. No company is forcing a test, mask or vaccine on anyone. Nobody is restraining you and jabbing a needle in your arm.
Try claiming that Yellow cannot "force" you to take a random drug test. Tell them they have no right to your medical info and refuse the D.O.T. physical. How do you think that will work out for you? Try suing Yellow for that.
You have choices and choices have consequences. Yellow is not stupid. Yellow will not fire you for refusing the test, mask or vaccine. If it comes to that, they will deny you the opportunity to work. Then you will have to use the grievance procedure because courts will not take a wrongful termination case until you have exhausted the contractual grievance procedure.
You calm down...its your problem anyway since you work for them.

That statement is false. Companies ARE making it mandatory to take the so called vaccine and as for your drug test statement, you agreed to that as a condition of employment and when you get behind the wheel it’s called “implied consent”.
