If I'm not mistaking, I believe that dot passed a law that if anyone with a cdl, was convicted of a DUI or an OUI, it is a mandatory 1 yr. loss of your cdl. maybe some one can find out more details on this .

After convicted of a DUI, can I get my CDL back?

So does this mean no nastygrams for me for a whole year??? I would like mr L to get on here and tell his story and defend himself, but I got the feeling he won`t be on here until his year is up then I can enjoy his lovely pms again!
