There was a meeting Tuesday the 15th with the company and IBT.Not many knew and I haven't found out what its about. I do know the company has leverage if they want line haul flexibility or terminal mergers because they could just make us all YRCW if union wants to stop them from completing their objectives.
I do think they kinda like having different brands for the customers but at the end of the day being as profitable as possible is their primary objective.
I remember when New Penn voted " no" they were simply going to make them YRC.

My own opinion on this F. Making Holland, and YRC, all 1 company, or even combining both companies freight on the same trailers, would be a huge mistake... Holland is still one of the best at next day, or 2nd day service.

Totally agree, I truly believe they want to keep the Holland " brand".
We are sharing terminals with YRC in Chattanooga, Spartanburg and I believe Greenville and I know there is more.
I can't see them having two terminal managers and separate dispatchers for those terminals. I think they will be merged into one or the other.
It does cause a change of operations nightmare though.

I think Spartanburg and Greenville are the same terminal ? some call it Greenville-- some call it Spartanburg
