They should use company senority.for vacations. I am close to bottom cause I had to transfer so I could feed my family. Might not have a good run like guys that been there a few yrs but at least I get time off in summer!! I jsut wish they would change it to company senority Ive done it all dock-city-road I paid my dues here at this company!!

I just think it's the right thing to do, I am not alone in this, alot of people want this.
