I'd bet that they will be going after health insurance, they'll try to put us in their company plan and I've heard enough about it from the other side of the window to know that we don't want it. I believe that they are kind of stuck with the current pension plan(s) for now, maybe next time.Kind of wondering the push here will it be the health care or the pension.
Not me, they'll start with $100/month and go up from there, whoever came up with the idea that we pay healthcare copays should be hanged from a tree, there is no excuse for it. Hell, the money does NOT even go to the insurance company, it goes into the company's pocket.Health care would be my guess as to what they go after next. It's such a 'hot button' issue right now. They'll be looking to rifle through a co-pay deal during negotiations, I'm sure. Personally, I'd be willing to pay up to...say...$100/month for the same plan we have now if...IF...they restored the vacation issue back to pre-2013 levels.
