City and Dock stewards elected.

No 3 classes. Road and local boards.

Good luck on finding the right folks. Not only will these folks have to KNOW the contract language, they will have to UNDERSTAND the contract language. Most likely these folks will KNOW and hopefully UNDERSTAND the language as good or BETTER than the Managers. The stews will also have Super Seniority rights, so remember if you allow the last person on your classification list be your steward, he or she will be there should they LAY OFF all the rest of you!

You seem to be very negative towards the employee's on this organizing effort. You need to take your frustrations out on the higher up managment of UPS. This was there plan and it was to happen whether the employee's liked it or not. Choice, Get on board and help make it benefit us, or be miserable and move on.:smilie_132:
