We have a supervisor that does every operational job at this barn. Has the respect of most employees and knows contract like the back of his hand. Perfect for our TM opening. They'll never hire him.T-Shack fired out GOOD manager & then gave us a trucking knowledge challenged dude !
Hope So ?? as they don't need manager's for these small barns when all they do is sit in office & play video games on his computer!! they could have a co-manager run two small barns at same time and save $85-K year and way to many Sales Dept people , because really WHY have so many when we can't move the freight we have now ,with driver shortage ! Thinking big changes coming this yet ???Anyone here of another layer of management being let go?
Rumor has it they let go other round of marketing folks and inside sales , because 2016 EBIDA was bad ??Anyone here of another layer of management being let go?

You're right. I'm assuming the BA must've been thinking about YRC, regional and freight have to separate goals to meet.I could be wrong but i thought last year we actually were 95 but when they added the bonus expense that brought it up to 95.2
Looks like they're still hiring salespeople. Lol.
LOL is right , just MAYBE they should try moving the freight they already have ??
Regional/YRC does have separate OR to meet to get bonus. You're right. I'm assuming the BA must've been thinking about YRC, regional and freight have to separate goals to meet.
same thing at NPME. Been thru 2 TM's in last 14 months in Baltimore. Last guy lasted maybe 2 weeks and quit. The guy dispatching is qualified but for some reason they don't like to promote from within anymore.Seems like most people hired here anymore have had some ties to yRC in their past.We have a supervisor that does every operational job at this barn. If you guys were real loyal to your company, you would start spending your weekends and time off doing sales calls for the company in an effort to replace them and boost sales.Dang Wong you nailed it. I'm hearing inside sales, around 60.
