FedEx Freight | Can we be replaced during a strike?

And if Fred was to get rid of freight, all 8% of it, he could no longer say your one stop shop for all your shipping needs, and he is just to much of egomaniac to do that.

So when YRC crumbles I am glad you got yours... So tell me how the Teamsters made YRC better so you have a solid future and pension?

You are correct mr Duece and you sound like you understand business branding.. Just rebrand and change name... Ever hear of FedEx Kinkos??

He didn't get rid of kinkos just changed name to office, so if he changed name of freight to whatever all the problems associated with freight management now goes away. Well if that will get rid of the trouble makers in Harrison and Memphis ok that's great.

Again correct Mr Duece; rename and start new company and get rid of more bad management like they did to Cherry and all the Union supporters; ain't that hard...

Except for on little pesky thing called the NLRB, people that have already signed cards do have protection

Card gets you a right to request a vote... That's all... If Union gets voted in you earn right for Teamster to negotiate for you to that's it

Then ya might want to go to NLRB site and read it you do have protection when a card is or isn't signed if you have talked to a union about organizing. If there wasn't protection people that have signed or talked to union would have already been let go. So happy reading dick

Not disagreeing Duece of course you do during an open campaign; company would fire you for signing a card that's just stupid and illegal. Union sends a list of protected organizers to NLRB during campaign and you or they are proteted during campaign. After that things change.. And it's usually the main organizers not everyone. Remember company can only guess who is a pro Union guy or gal

What brand tractor do you drive? What engine is in it? What transmission? Does it have a trolley valve? If yes, where is it located?
