What barganing power are you talking about,my hopeful co-worker?

What leverage can we have when we are freight,and not parcel?

No solidarity with anyother union freight companies that have the NMFA.

We are under them,so where is our bargaining chip given all of these facts?

I was sorting,and segregating freight today at a grocery warehouse.
I was next to a Roadway driver I've known for a few years.
He's on layoff only getting two,or three days a week.
I said he would'nt be able to work at UPS Freight as a casual unless he wanted to take a pay cut.

This contract expires exactly the same time as Buster Browns will. Coincidence? No. Bargaining power!!!

The date has already been set when the contract will expire?

How long will voting on suppliments take?

That doesn't make sense it could take another year for all this is done.

Would it be 5 yeas from that date?

Since indy has already ratified theres when will it take effect?

I also saw a 3 year time frame for all terminals to be in. What happens when in 3 years not all terminals jump on the band wagon ? Does it revert back to 2006 pay scale until evreyone votes it back out again ?
