I noticed when Rich got the TM spot in Chicago that our company's stock has been rising ever since. I'm sure YRC's stock will be worth $10.00 a share when were all back working out of Chicago Ridge. Unselfish and open minded people are the tools for sucess in any business. Good to see that Rich is eliminating the OT,and bringing people back to work from layoff. YRC should make the deal with Conway for the 16 million, and offer a sweet package deal of giving the office people that comes with 309 to Conway, as well. I don't see why not, 23 (301) dispatchers who were let go without any benefits offered, have an arbitration with YRC in October for eight figures. Theres an opportunity to bring those people back and get the freight moving the right way, instead of doing things the Roadway,I mean the wrong way, whatever. May even get more people off of layoff if some of the YRC drivers decide to stay in Chicago Heights and work for Conway. They can save $50.00 a month, have the same work rules in place, and can take pride once again in wearing those traditional blue uniforms.
[/quote]Maybe Rich ought to be the CEO if he has that much magical forces around him.
