Its called information. Any DME (durable medical equipment) is $0.00 And in case you don't know what DME is look it up. It might help understand how important good medical is. Its good to know you think its over. And no, math is not your best subject. If it was, you would know that BOTH a 401k and a pension is better than just a measly 401K. That is a no brainer that even children can figure out.

Funny how the company has to to talk to the TEAMSTERS to set up the wage structure that drivers earn union or not ! As a non-union employee you will never get anything better than a union employee.The Union contract sets the presedence.. So keep getting the same pay without getting any union benefits, pension or representation WHAT A DEAL.:chairshot:
 
I have come up with a statement for the so called conservative non-union types that work for reddaway.they state that they dont need no union to speak for them.BUT they are all members of the largest union in north america.its called the NRA.oh yes folks the national rifle association is a union that represents millions of MEMBERS to protect thier second ammendment rights.so those hiding behind a conservative or republican badge you are indeed a out of touch.I myself vote conservative but it in no way dictates my choice to choose union representation.the teamsters are no different than the NRA they stand up to big buisness and government on behalf of its MEMBERS.

hi:smilie_132:As a non union I was getting .52 cpm, while old betsway new union drivers in sac were stuck .48cpm for about 5 or 6 months come on!!!!!I should of :butt kiss: the union if i was a sac roller

Well if you guys really wanted what was best you should have organized under the NW agreement. .5415 + .02 for triples. All the guarantees that come with a labor agreement and all of that crap and on top of that a better than non union health care package and $4.25 into the pension which I can retire with at the age of 52, go work another job if I want and still draw my pension. You non union clowns have no idea!!!! :hysterical:

Thats funny the paystub here says 0.5557cpm from January 2008 and before that 0.5457cpm. Its been years since I seen 0.52cpm. :hysterical:
