At 511, I'm not even sure if he is considered a Smith System trainer, or just orienting new hires/new casuals. I am sure of a few things though:
1. He is well trained on swallowing everything that the company has below the waist-line.
2. He will train them to do what he has allowed to happen for years. WORKING OFF THE CLOCK. (DRIVERS: Get to the terminal about 20 minutes early, get in your truck, drive it to either the dispatch office or go ahead and hook-up to your trailer. Make sure that it is loaded the way you like. If not, flag down someone and have them re-work it to your liking. You can punch in once you are hooked up and ready to hit the street. In the evening, park your trailer, turn in your paperwork, punch out, then drive your tractor back to the truck parking area.
DOCK: Get to the terminal about 10-15 minutes early. Get on your forklift, adjust your seat to your liking. Should your forklift be down, go to the shop (before your shift starts) and see when it will be ready. Make sure you don't need to go to the restroom, so you can do that during your breaks.)
3. He will train them to step DOWN, not UP, when the head steward is fired. Tuck that tail firmly underneath whatever nuts you claim to have had and RUN, FORREST, RUN
