Dear johndeere, I've never said anything like that. You're deflecting the fact that shareholders come 1st, via short term gains in cost cutting, stock buy backs etc. Long term[/B,] drivers who are taken better care of will take better care of the customer, building long term loyalty from both.
Thinking that can and has built strong companies. Here's a repeat of our founding business principals:

3. Honor our commitments.
4. Work hard, smart, and safely—and
work together.
5. Make the most of resources.
6. Have fun.
Again, this works LONG TERM, for a service company. And success attracts investors. Not the other way around.
