I know exactly what you're saying but I still found this part funny<snip>I'll The bonus is not "taxed" at the gift rate. Withholding on the bonus payment is at the gift rate per IRS rules.

Your wasting your time trying to splain this one Trip, it just won't be accepted, believe me I've tried .
I hear you flat top. I occasionally suffer from Sisyphean behavior.
Yes. But what if I file an amended return???I'll try this one more time. The bonus is not "taxed" at the gift rate. Withholding on the bonus payment is at the gift rate per IRS rules. The bonus is taxed at the same rate as all the rest of your income for the year.
Profit? They will never show a profit. Then they would have to pay back the principal of the loan. Never happen.
They will show a profit now and then only if it suits the suit's needs.Thats just the way it isThey've already paid back over $300 million of the loan and at the same time they've upgraded equipment and facilities. Sill more to do of course. Hate the job all you want but they are making progress slowly turning it around.

Sister is an accountant at a major corporation. They are instructed on what the final numbers need to beI really wish I had your skill at seeing the "real" financials as opposed to what they publish. How did you acquire that talent? I'm envious.
I had an incentive from reddaway as a new hire that they decided to take back because I didn't earn it as a new hire?Meeting the terms of the 'Incentive Program,' rewarding employees for a job well done. There is no 'motive.' To suggest so, is to insult the hard work and efficiency of our brethren.
OK so they paid off 300million of the debt.Wonderful that they did but they are in no hurry to pay that debt off.All corporations carry some debt load and therefore they use it for tax write offs and to hold it over the labor union heads for the next time they feel they need relief of some sort. The Game.Employers felt somewhat threatened when their money hole (Hoffa and friends)were almost voted out. They've already paid back over $300 million of the loan and at the same time they've upgraded equipment and facilities. Some leadership huh?We see who the corrupt are.Let’s see, you continue to give up 15% in wages & 75% of your pension so the company can pay off its loans because of previous bad decisions by long gone management. Oh yea, anybody know the $ figure of the bonuses paid to management during the entire time you voted Yes as a United Brotherhood to give up 15% in pay & have to work 4 years to get 1 year credit for retirement. By far & away it looks like Apathy supersedes the ranks of the Brotherhood. Talk is cheap from the bleacher seats. It seems to me the solidarity now lies with managment not the rank & file.. For they continue to suffer from good pay & bonuses. Von.

If you don't like what i learned I don't know what else to tell youLet's see now, you say your sister is an accountant at some major corporation (not YRCW) and because she says something about the place she works at you infer that the same thing happens at YRCW. Do I have that right?
If you don't like what i learned I don't know what else to tell you
They don't play around at YRCF they steal the tractor-trailers full of freightbigtruk, it's not about me liking what you learned. You didn't learn anything about YRCW from your sister. She told you about something happening at another company. How does that have anything to do with YRCW? If you were told that someone working at company XYZ was stealing freight off the dock does that mean that someone at YRCF was also stealing freight off the dock? Come on, use a little common sense.
