It didn't happen til after the merger? Yeah, 309 didn't establish an inbound/outbound sheet til after the merger, maybe. I had a hard time trying to figure out these "********" from 309. How come they never filed grievances on anything?
I would have these drivers that I don't even know come over and tell me not to mess with certain management personnel at 309.
Yeah, and thats not a sign of brain-washed material? I bet that didn't happen until after the merger too, right?
I like how the grievance sheets were locked in the cabinet in the break room. So nobody could have access in getting one. I had to ask for permission from a T. Stroger-appointed union steward if he could get me one, and the reply I got was I wasn't going to need one and I wouldn't win that claim.
If people notice why the cabinet lock is broken, I was the one that kicked it open. Now everyone has access to the grievance sheets and the maps to foreign YRC terminals. Just like "Fonzy" from "Happy Days" used his fist to open things up, Italian Style uses his foot just like the "Good Old Days" from Yellow Freight. A little badda bing/badda boom action. See that, everything is fine now. Oh course I forced to take some drug tests for a couple of days, but it didn't bother me. I don't mind making the extra money.
If anyone wants those Yellow Freight Log books the ones without the carbon copies in them, let me know. I have 2 full boxes of them that were given to me by Mary S. from CGB/301, a while back.
