Most drivers I talk to are holding out, waiting for UPS mgt. to start chopping heads and make some BIG changes. I for one will wait and see. It's always been a hole card for us overnite drivers.(talk union and the company starts making changes, then back off)
I agree most of us are in a wait and see mode....:bananapowerslide:

I would not expect ups to make any changes because of any threat of the teamsters. They will make some changes, But not because of any union talk within upsf. This is not "O" anymore. Ups is used to dealing with the teamsters.

The insurance is a breath of fresh air, but the prescript plan sucks.:Afro-Cow: :Afro-Cow: :tongue0002: :nutkick:

I did my insurance online before the June deadline and just got my confirmation letter now. The part where I stated that they did a miscalculation on the ins. cost to us I found out today was a line of bull. Sorry for that bit of misinformation. But as for the rest I am pretty P.O'd!!!

What do you mean a line of bull?.:shutup2: :shutup2:

Why the wait and see attidude? When your mind is made up already. Are you waiting for something better to come along? And then you will jump on board. We see how you are!!!!!

You are funny i'm telling the nonunion guys to wait and see how we can win again....
Are you saying that as long as we keep threatening ups with the union that they will take care of all the issues? Sorry unlike "O" this won't work!

We will see .......Like i've said they are just giving them a chance to show the union they want out In a peaceful way ...No violence for now but just wait and see if the vote goes the nonunion way do you think things will be peaceful.....?
